The large living room benefits from a dual aspect, providing views of both sunrise and sunset each day. The original wooden staircase, carefully preserved and highlighted, leads to two attic bedrooms with exposed beams. A small footbridge allows direct access to the private garden, offering guests a peaceful retreat.
Think bigger and bring your whole tribe together thanks to our interconnecting houses. The Terrace and the Forge are two adjacent houses connected by doors and sliding partitions. Each family or group of friends can enjoy their own accommodation while also sharing time together in these combined spaces.
Increase your hosting capacity from 5 people at the Mill Terrace to up to 11 guests by also booking the Mill Forge (maximum capacity: 6 people).

What Our Guests Say
Asmae M
A wonderful stay in this charming estate. The house was equipped with everything we needed and beautifully decorated. The pool, sports fields, and all the outdoor amenities meant we never got bored for a single second. And the peaceful countryside, less than an hour from Paris, was absolutely divine. We met Joëlle, the host of the estate, who is an amazing person — she made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay and was always available. Thank you again for your warm welcome. There’s a lovely bike ride to do in the area, and shops are not far away (5 to 10 minutes by car). We can’t wait to come back.

A wonderful stay at Domaine de Richebourg. The place is beautiful, in the heart of the countryside and so peaceful. The site is not yet fully finished, but that doesn’t take away from the pleasure of being there. We booked the Atelier for a romantic getaway — it was perfect with its little private terrace/garden and its beautifully decorated attic bedroom. Tastefully designed, it’s the perfect place for a real break away from Paris. There’s a heated pool, a sports field, and even a pétanque court for activities. Houdan is a lovely town to visit too! Many thanks to the hosts, who were very friendly and helpful. Note: the 11 houses available are generally family-oriented, so there may be many people and lots of children — something to keep in mind for couples seeking absolute peace and quiet :) As a result, community rules are not always strictly followed.

A wonderful place to discover! A former mill completely renovated while retaining its original charm. Plenty of activities to enjoy on site — cycling, swimming, and a sports field! A special mention for the breakfast basket delivered right to the door in the morning 👍 The estate manager is very attentive and always available.

Beautifully decorated accommodation with top-quality facilities. Complete disconnection in the park, with its magnificent flora and fauna. We hosted wonderful gatherings, as the kitchen is so well equipped. I highly recommend this peaceful and welcoming place.

We discovered PdH two years ago while staying at the Hôtel de Tingry in the Luberon. We were won over by the quality of the welcome, the enhancement of the historic buildings, and the perfect balance between authenticity and comfort. We wanted to repeat the experience this year at Domaine de Richebourg. It was a great opportunity to discover the region. Each estate has its own personality, yet the same high standards in restoration, attention to detail, and an atmosphere that is both convivial and refined. It’s a wonderful way to travel — discovering a region through its heritage.

Magnificent estate! A beautiful renovation that brings real value to the village of Richebourg. Reviving such a beautiful and historic building is quite an achievement. The roof, visible from the road and surrounding paths, is stunning and respects the local colors. Nature is sublime in Richebourg — at the heart of the mill, the water is crystal clear.

A huge thank you for this wonderful weekend. We were warmly welcomed in a charming setting, tastefully decorated and full of thoughtful touches. The peace, comfort, and kindness of Marina, Christian, and Joëlle allowed us to truly disconnect. We keep wonderful memories of this weekend at the Moulin de Richebourg — a place we will cherish and recommend without hesitation!

A magical escape for a weekend. A guaranteed change of scenery just 45 minutes from Paris. The mill has been renovated with great taste and care while preserving its rustic charm. The kitchen is particularly well equipped, and the staff is very attentive. We will return without hesitation.

I spent a wonderful weekend at the Moulin. The place is perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation. The house was spacious and comfortable, ideal for welcoming a family, and built with high-quality materials — perfect for a stay combining heritage and nature. A large park bordered by several streams, open views of the surrounding countryside, a warm welcome on site with plenty of advice about walks and local visits, the village of Houdan just 5 minutes away by car, many great restaurants in the area, wine cellar tours, flea markets, and Normandy just a short drive away. I highly recommend it and look forward to coming back with my family!
