Fully restored and stabilized in 2016, the Moulin has been transformed into a true haven of peace, ideal for family holidays, stays with friends, as well as corporate seminars, private events, or photoshoots.

Designed as a large family home, the property can accommodate up to 10 guests, with a flexible layout offering 2 to 5 double bedrooms. Beneath its impressive pentagonal roof structure and century-old beams, the first floor features a spacious living room and three generous bedrooms, all offering breathtaking views over the surrounding vineyards and the river. On the ground floor, two additional bedrooms each have their own private bathroom. The living room on this level opens onto a magnificent terrace overlooking the water.

Each level can be enjoyed independently, while preserving a warm, welcoming, and authentic atmosphere.
