Established in a region of history and heroism, this exceptional complex overlooking the beach of Utah Beach, is located in the heart of a wild and preserved environment between sea and bocage.

A few miles from the beach, in the heart of a completely restored estate, this exceptional architectural ensemble from the 17th century is made up of three houses: le Manoir, le Pigeonnier and le Pavillon.
Abandoned for a long time, this former seigniorial estate was reborn from its ruins in 2012 while retaining its soul of yesteryear.
In the park, a subtle blend of French garden and English countryside, there remains the ruins of a castle which has now been laid out and staged around a pond and a herb garden, a veritable sanctuary for contemplatives.

Faithfully restored thanks to the discovery of an old postcard, the Pavilion is now divided into two apartments with two bedrooms each, but can also be lived as a family home.

“Cependant l’Oncle Jacques qui était le bras droit de grand-père, son conseiller en affaires et quelquefois son confident fut chargé d’une mission : il s’agissait d’aller en Normandie, inspecter les restes du château de Ravenoville pratiquement détruit par le débarquement et de décider si on faisait rebâtir le château ou si on vendait les indemnités de guerre[…]. Nous partîmes pour traverser la France de bout en bout, chargés d’Armagnac pour les fermiers […]. Hélas Ravenoville était irréparable, sans toit et percé de part en part et le superbe parc qui hébergeait des espèces rares était labouré… après avoir repris contact avec les différents fermiers, nous repartîmes pour le Mont-Saint-Michel, le coffre plein de cidre et d’une bouteille de vieux Calva […].”
