Victoire tells the story of her wedding day facing the Cotentin coast, carefully orchestrated by the Pierres d'Histoire team

Celebrating our wedding at Domaine de Ravenoville, with Pierres d'Histoire, felt like an obvious choice from our very first visit, and looking back, it was one of our best decisions.

Domaine de Ravenoville is an utterly magical place, steeped in history and charm, where every space seems designed to create unforgettable memories. From the very first moments, we were won over by its atmosphere: something warm, authentic and deeply welcoming. Between the beauty of the grounds, the character of the estate and its singular soul, we could immediately picture ourselves there.

Beyond the beauty of the domaine, it was also the support of the Pierres d'Histoire team that made this experience so precious. Ludivine and Damien showed great professionalism, availability and kindness throughout the planning. Their attentiveness, expertise and thoughtful suggestions allowed us to prepare the day with real peace of mind and confidence.

VICTOIRE DESNOYERS 2On the wedding day itself, everything flowed naturally and was perfectly orchestrated, in seamless coordination with our wedding planner. This wonderful harmony between the teams let us fully savour every moment, surrounded by our loved ones, without stress or surprises.

More than simply a venue, Domaine de Ravenoville was a true coup de cœur for us, one that mirrored our own couple: warm, family-oriented, elegant and authentic. We will treasure a deep and grateful memory of this adventure with Pierres d'Histoire, and we will gladly return whenever we find ourselves passing through the Cotentin.

Frequently asked questions:

Frequently asked questions:

  1. Can you have a civil or religious ceremony at Domaine de Ravenoville?
The domaine welcomes both civil and religious ceremonies. The castle ruins, arranged with flower beds and a pond, offer a pastoral setting for an outdoor ceremony, while the church next to the domaine allows couples to celebrate a religious union just steps from the reception venue.

  2. How many guests can the reception hall seat?
The reception space, around 240 sqm, can seat up to 220 guests, with round tables of 10 or rectangular tables of 8, Napoleon III chairs included.

  3. Is the domaine privatised for weddings?
Yes. Every wedding comes with full privatisation of the property, so couples can enjoy the domaine entirely with their loved ones, with no shared spaces with other guests.

  4. Can guests stay on site?
With seventeen bedrooms spread across the Pigeonnier, the Manoir, the Pavillon, the Écurie and the Maison du Parc, the domaine can host up to 41 people in optimal comfort, including a dedicated space for children in the Maison du Parc.

  5. What happens in case of bad weather?
A cocktail room and a temporary marquee keep the day's magic intact whatever the weather, without ever losing the spirit of the domaine.

  6. Can couples choose their own vendors (caterer, decoration)?
Yes, couples remain free to choose their own vendors. The domaine provides an equipped catering kitchen (large stainless steel tables, refrigerators, plating space) to make organising the meal easier.
