Just 45 minutes from Paris, La Marcotte consists of a large main house, an annex, and a cottage surrounding a private garden. Not to mention its heated outdoor pool, open from May to September.

Just one hour from Paris, this estate nestled in a 3-hectare park crossed by a river is perfect for bringing together all generations. Its 11 houses offer 23 bedrooms, plus convertible sofas, cozy living rooms, fully equipped kitchens, and a magical setting for strolling or playing outdoors. The renovated barn, turned into a reception hall, can host up to 80 guests.
